2021 FECAFOOT Elections:Former Lions Midfeilder Maboang Kessack Announces Candidature

After Jules Denis Onana, another former indomitable Lion Emmanuel Maboang Kessack announced his candidature to be the next of kin at the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT).

Maboang announced his willingness to contest this August 19, 2021, through his official Facebook handle.

Kessack Maboang at the 1994 world cup, defending cameroon

The latter’s slogan as displayed on his handle, is; “together let’s reconstruct our passion, football!”

One of the Italia 1990 hereos thinks he could be a suitable front-runner of the Cameroon Football Federation.

To buttress the former midfielder’s point, he stated: “it is our religion. It needs passion, experience and visionaries to reconstruct. I am called Emmanuel Maboang Kessack, and I am a candidate for the FECAFOOT elections”.

There are hereby two EX – Lions contesting for the country’s topmost football position. Seidou Mbobo Njoya is the incumbent and looks set for another term . Samuel Eto’o and Geremi Njitap are reportedly interested as well.
