Harold Moukoudi Is Injured Again, Might Miss AFCON

Harold Moukoudi has once more been taken off the pitch due to Injury in Saint Etienne’s ongoing match day 17 fixture against Rennes.

The latter has been subbed out, and replaced by Guinean defender Saïdou Sow at the 21st minute.

The extent of his injury has not been determined yet, but the sweeper sure looked incapacitated as he remained on the ground after a muscle issue and signaled that he could no longer continue.

The 24 year old has was just starting his second game after a short spell – out due to Injury in early in November.

It is terrible news for the Cameroon national team, preparing for the AFCON in January – plus, Saint Etienne who are rock bottom with 12 points after 17 games.

Claude Puel will have to look elsewhere to fix the defensive woes of his team, that has conceded more number of goals than any other side in the Ligue 1 this campaign.
