France Ready To Hijack Cameroon Goalie – Ngapandouetnbu With Latest U19 Call

Simon Ngapandouetnbu has been called up to the French U19 squad to get into camp later this month.

The Olympique Marseille goalkeeper was already pre _ selected by the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon last August.

Simon Ngapandouetnbu, who is the 3rd choice goalkeeper at Olympique de Marseille, playing back – up to Steve Mandanda and Pau Lopez, was pre_selected with the Indomitable Lions in August but absent from the final list.

He has just been called up to the ranks of the French Junior category (U19), for the qualifying round of the European Championship this November.

On the back of a good performance in the pre _ season by OM, the young goalkeeper has been highly appealing to other clubs, and now, countries.

Nothing is certain yet with the future of the lad, but breaking into any of the national selections will be difficult, as some big goalkeepers act as goal guards for Cameroon and France.
