YAFOOT Stun Apejes To Claim Maximum points

It came as a shocker in Match day 5 of the MTN Elite One in group B, as YAFOOT defeated Apejes to claim maximum points.

Coach Ema Ndongo and his charges were downed by strugglers YAFOOT, via a 2-1 scoreline.

YAFOOT’s goals were scored by Abdel Abas and Steve Belobo. Apejes got into the mix with a goal of their own but it was YAFOOT’S day and they quite rightly deserve their victory.

The victory gives YAFOOT some leverage in their relegation battle, but it isn’t looking good for Apejes, most especially as team’s in the bottom half have started picking up points.
