Saudi King Cup: Aboubakar Scores Against Against Al-Adalah, Nassr Set To Meet Epassy’s Abha

Al Nassr club has made an advancement in the last 8 of the Saudi King Cup after a 2-0 win over Al-Adalah on Wednesday, Dec. 21. Up next for Aboubakar and co is Abha – that bagged 4-3 win against Al Taawoun.

Indomitable Lions forward, Vincent Aboubakar played his role from the bench.

The former Porto forward climbed off the bench to provide an assist for his team’s second goal at the 85th minute, for S. Al-Najei – who made it two-nil for the home side.

Al Adalah never looked like getting their feet sorted in an intimidating Al Nassr Stadium, buzzing with the arrival of Ronaldo and a pending 7-year signature set to be completed.

Nassr took the lead, four minutes from the break. Winger, Ayman Yahya slide past goalkeeper Mijatovic for 1-0.

Vincent Aboubakar was then thrown into the fray and it worked for coach Rudi Garcia as he dished out an assist for S. Al-Najei, who got the game’s second.

Vincent Aboubakar will play against his countryman and indomitable Lions goalkeeper, Devis Epassy in the last 8 of the competition, penciled for March 13, 2023.
