Mvoue Scores First Goal For Seriang In Win Over Oostende

It took until match day 19 in the Jupiler pro League for Steve Mvoue to score his first goal with RFC Seraing.

On the road to KV Oostende, the game started very badly for Steve Mvoue and his teammates. Led from the 2nd minute of play, Jean Sébastien Legros’ men came back to score in the 44th minute thanks to an inspired Mvoue. The Cameroonian international was making his 11th appearance of the season. The youngster took advantage of an error in Oostende’s defense to put the two teams on an equal footing.

It was Mvoue’s first goal of the season. Dynamics changed upon return from the locker room. The visitors dominated and took a 75th minute lead thanks to Vagner. Seriang kept her advantage until the end of the game. Mvoue, an erstwhile Tolouse midfeilder, meanwhile, played the entire game and was the best rated player (9.3) of the game by Besoccer.

Despite the victory, RFC Seraing (14 points) remain bottom in the Belgian. Oostende are placed 16th, 3 points ahead of Seriang.
