AFCON 2021: Coach Tom Saintfiet Cuts Gambia Roster To 28

Tom Saintfiet has released his definite list of 28 players from the initial 40, to take part in the Africa Cup of Nations scheduled from January 9 – February 6.

Debutantes Gambia have had some ride to the 33rd edition of the continental Jamboree, since qualifying as runners – up to Gabon in group D of the qualifiers.

Gambia are lodged in group F alongside: Mali, Mauritania and Tunisia.

Tom Saintfiet and his charges will continue their preparations with high profile friendlies especially against holders Algeria on January 1st.
