After Moukoudi, Jean Claude Billong Is Injured!

Cameroon international defender, Jean Claude Bilong – picked up an Injury over the weekend which will see him off for Lens in the next two matches.

Billong was in action for his employers Clermont in their 2-2 home draw with fourth placed RC Lens.

The traveling side went ahead in Sunday’s encounter after 12 munites when J. Gastien put the ball into his own net.

Both sides managed to contain each other in the half before Magnin drew Clemont level five minutes to the break.

Lens break time motivations paid off instantly when Fofana restored Lens lead for the second.

Frank Haise and his men were geared for top places till the hour mark when Clemont’s top scorer Mohamed Bayo equalized to keep the home side off the red zone.

Claude Billong was on coach Antonio Conciecao’s squad list last June against Nigeria in Austria and at home against Malawi during the World Cup qualifiers.
