Ambroise Oyongo Starts Journey To Full Fitness

Out of sight Cameroon international full – back Ambroise Oyongo Bitolo was spotted earlier this week, doing personal workouts in a gymnasium in Montpelier, France.

The 2017 AFCON winner is back at parent club Montpelier, after his loan spell at Russian side – Krasnodar, didn’t go text book.

The 30-year-old former Cotonsport left back while on loan picked up an injury that has sidelined him for 5 months. He made his debut for FC Krasnodar, in February, by coming in as a substitute for an injured teammate at the 33rd minute, but then,
he was forced to out of action at the 46th minute after rapturing his knee ligaments.

The out – of favor defender will be hoping to hit the ground running once Montpelier starts her French League 1 campaign away to Marseille, on August 8.

Since joining Montpelier on June 2 – 2018, Oyongo has played 67 games; scoring twice and dishing out an assist in that time.
