Bawou Ange Joins Touta Noella At Bayelsa Queens

According to reports from online platform – kick442.com, Cameroon sweeper Ange Bawou has joined Bayelsa Queens from Louves Minproff.

Ange Bawou, who for a period of time has been first choice for the Indomitable Lionesses, will strengthen Bayelsa Queens’ goalkeeping sector.

Bawou joins compatriot – Touta Noela, who equally swooped Louves Minproff for Bayelsa Queens in October.

Bawou Ange has seen an incredible rise in her career path, from the junior set ups to being ranked as the best in Cameroon.

The keeper took her baby steps at Social Mbam and plied her trade there until the team was relegated in the 2020 season.

Bawou then joined Cameroon’s most decorated female team – Louves Minproff, where she relegated another international, Marine Ngo Esse to the bench.

The new challenge is definitely enormous as Bayelsa Queens face stiff competition from the likes of Nasawara Amazons and Rivers Angels.

Bayelsa Queens are four time winners of the Nigerian Women Premier League, and will aim for their fifth trophy next campaign, so as to rival the rest of the continent in the CAF Women’s Champions League.
