Benoit Mballa Returns As Sacha Names Roster For FIBA WC Qualifiers

Newly appointed coach Sacha Giffa has listed a 12-man roster to take part in the first round of the FIBA World Cup qualifiers.

The roster Includes; four guards, 7 forwards, and one center, to start the qualifiers process against Tunisia – this February 25, in Dakar, Senegal. Games against Rwanda and South Sudan will follow on the 26th and 27th of February.

Benoit Mballa steps into the picture again. What a win it is for Cameroon, after himself and and 2 others missed out of the Afrobasket due to the Covid.

It is indeed Sacha Giffa’s first assignment and he has as task to better the dismal performance Cameroon recorded in the 2021 Afrobasket in Rwanda.

Aristide Mouaha are the ballers who made the final list in Cameroon’s Kigali expedition, and are included in Giffa’s very first roster in this qualifiers window.
