Brandon Eno: Cotonsport’s ‘Brainbox’ Ready To Go Against Bamboutos

Of all the hype Cotonsport players are getting for a quite smooth and perfectly scripted post season, perhaps one player is missing from all the gists.

20-year-old Yves Brandon Eno has been in a class of his own, playing 95 percent of Cotonsport’s matches and producing some jaw-dropping performances.

Talking to sportglitz.com before the Cameroon Super Cup game, the creative midfeilder has emphasized that as a player, winning games is his motivation.

‘My motivation is to win matches as a footballer,’ the youngster said before adding – ‘I would be very happy to score a hat-trick against Bamboutos, if I can’.

Brandon Eno has been in the center of all things good this season for 17-time Elite One winners Cotonsport, starting in the final of the championship last term, starting the Cameroon cup final – and playing all CAF champions league preliminary games that saw Cotonsport promoted to the group stage for the first time in 5 years.

Talking about the drive factor that has kept the team going, the lad stated that, ‘having good results on the international level gives the team more confidence and the Super Cup would not be any different’.

About his game preparations, the latter explained: ‘ to have a good match it starts with preparations. We have worked hard and we continue to work to achieve our goals this season, Eno ended.’

Brandon Eno might not be covered in as much glory as club skipper Marou Souaibou has been, or better still, a revelation like Patient Wassou, but the youngster has definitely had his say in a post season that spells four words for Cotonsport ‘so far, so good’.

Brandon has scored 2 goals and dished out two assists across all competitions, before the start of a new campaign for Cotonsport FC.

Aged 20, there is a lot that the attacking midfeilder can bring on the table for club and country. Eno and co are gunning for a third silverware in three months.
