Brazil vs. Cameroon: Nohou Tolo Talks Down Brazil Hype

Indomitable Lions left back Nouhou Tolo was present in a pre match exchange on Nov. 29 after the Indomitable Lions training session.

The Seattle Sounders defender admitted will be a great miss ahead of the Brazil game: “André Onana is an important player for the group.

“It’s true we will miss him but we are focused on the match against Brazil. We made the Cameroonian people smile on Monday, and we hope to do the same on Friday.

“It’s Brazil but we’re not going to play with fear. We will have to be focused and put pressure while also hoping that the good Lord stays with us.” Last season’s MLS winner stated before adding: “We’re not going to panic, it’s true that it is Brazil but they have two feet like us and Cameroon, likes matches like this so we’re going to give everything we can,” the latter declared on Equinoxe Television.

As a reminder, Cameroon will have to beat the seleçao on Friday in order to hope to reach the knockout stages of the World Cup.

Nohou Tolo has played all two games of the Indomitable Lions in this World Cup finals against Switzerland and Serbia, and he is almost certain of starting against Brazil.
