Brazil Vs. Cameroon: Rigobert Song Promises To Attack Brazil

Winless in his last 6 games with the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, coach Rigobert Song has promised to attack Brazil as his team has nothing to lose.

Cameroon needs a victory against Brazil and hope on results elsewhere between Serbia-Switzerland to determine their future in group G.

A few hours before the game, Rigobert Song was present at the pre-match press conference.

The coach of the Cameroonian team promised that he will not make calculations because victory is imperative: “Tomorrow, I will play everything. Against Serbia, we saw a team that was behind in the score and came back so, I will stay on the positive. Today we have a team that is growing but for tomorrow, I promise you that there will be improvements because we need the three points.

” I would put a team that wants to win since we have nothing left to lose,” he said.

Going by the the words of Rigobert Song, the Indomitable Lions will go all out and try to attack Brazil without any reserve against the five-time world champions.

Cameroon showed some positives in the latter stages against Serbia, and Rigobert Song will be hoping that the team stays spirited against Brazil.

Brazil are through with 6 points in the group already but the other round of 16 spot is up for grabs. The game will be played at 8 pm local time at the Lusail Stadium.

Rigobert Song played his part in the 2003 Confederations Cup when Cameroon beat Brazil 1-0 on their way to the FIFA Confederations Cup final.
