CAF CL: Horoya Held Home By Amazulu

Horoya and AmaZulu drew 1-1 on Friday, in the final game of the CAF Champions League group stage at Stade General Lansana Conté in Conakry.

Both teams occupy the two last slots in Group B, and are both eliminated from the tournament.

Horoya looked more inventive, prolly trying to please their fans with a victory, but it ended disappointingly with a 1-1 draw.

The Guineans who occupy the last place in the standings opened the scoring thanks to Dramane Nikiema on the halftime whistle, but the South Africans equalized via an own goal by Salif Coulibaly, 3 minutes after the pose.

The visitors are in 3rd place in Group B, with 7 points. Raja Casablanca (12 points) and ES Sétif (9 points) have qualified before their last day face-off scheduled for Sunday.
