CAF Confed Cup: Future-Pyramids Ends In Stalemate

Future held Pyramids in check (1-1) on Sunday, February 19 at the Al-Salam stadium as part of the 2nd day of the group stage of the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup.

Mohamed Hamdy Sharaf opened the scoring for Pyramids at the 7th minute before Ghanam Mohamed equalised for Future in the 53rd minute.

It was a fifth meeting in history between the two teams, which Future have won twice while two other games have ended in draws. Pyramids have never beaten Future and the record wasn’t to change.

Pyramids are second in group C with 2 points, after AS FAR hammered ASKO de Kara 5-1. Future are equally 3rd with 2 points.
