CAF Confed Cup: Lukombe slots From The spot As Berkane Beat ASEC

Renaissance of Berkane qualified for the quarter-finals of the CAF Confederations Cup, after their 1-0 home victory against ASEC Mimosas, on Sunday, in match day 6.

The only goal of the group D game was scored by Chadrack Lukombe via the penalty spot at the 28th minute.

Thanks to the victory, the Orange club totals ten points, just like Simba, winners, in the other match of the group, against US National Gendarmerie of Niger through an emphatic 4 goals to 0 score.

Simba’s goals were scored by Sadio Kanouté (63rd), Kope Mugalu (68th, 78th) and Saidu Hamisu against his own side (84).
