CAF Confederation Cup: Diable Noirs Share Spoils With Motema Pembe

The second day of group matches of the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup ended on Sunday with the face-off between Motema Pembe and Diables Noirs. In a tightly contested match, the two clubs parted ways with a goalless draw of 0-0.

Diables Noirs leads Group B with four points while Motema Pembe sits in third place with two points.

At the Martyrs Benina stadium in Benghazi, Algerian representatives USM Alger succeeded to draw against Al-Akhdar SC to position themselves in second place in group A of the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Shafshuf (67′), scored the Libyan goal from the penalty spot, before newcomer Tumisang Orebonye (77′) equalised.
