CAF reveals the Gambia’s final AFCON list

Gambia’s list for AFCON 2023 is finally known. It took the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to officially reveal all the final lists for the competition.

Tom Saintfiet selected twenty-seven players to defend the colors of Gambia during the AFCON.

Unsurprisingly, team executives like Musa Barrow, James Gamez, Omar Colley and Ablie Jallow are all going to play their second successive AFCON.

Adama Bojang, however, did not make the final list.

Present in Group C alongside Senegal, Guinea and Cameroon, the Scorpions hope to repeat the quarter-finals heroics in Cameroon, two years ago, on their debut.
