Cameroonian Cyclists Dominate Côte d’Ivoire International Cycling Tour, Secure Podium Finish

In a spectacular display of prowess and determination, the SNH Cycling Club of Cameroon team showcased their exceptional talent at the Côte d’Ivoire International Cycling Tour, culminating in a podium finish.

The Cameroonian cyclists made remarkable strides throughout the competition, leaving a lasting impression on spectators and competitors alike.

From the outset, the Cameroonian riders asserted their dominance, with Fabrice Chofor setting the tone by clinching victory in the Sassandra-San Pedro stage. Clovis Kamzong Abossolo continued the triumph by securing a solo win in the Grand-Lahou-Songon stage, showcasing an impressive average speed of 43.55 km/h. The winning streak persisted with Rodrigue Kuere Nounawe claiming the top spot in the Konefla-Sinfra stage, followed by Nanmouet Rodrigue’s victory in the Sakassou stage and Fabrice Chofor’s triumph in the final stage.

On the podium in the overall rankings, Kuere Nounawe Rodrigue stood tall, earning the gold medal, while Fabrice Chofor and Clovis Kamzong Abossolo secured the silver and bronze medals, respectively.

The SNH Cycling Club team’s dominant performance underscored their superiority in the competition, showcasing a cohesive and skilled lineup. The Cameroonian cyclists exemplified strength, endurance, and strategic prowess throughout the tournament, setting the stage for their upcoming challenge at the Chantal Biya Grande Prix.
