Castelleto Extends Stay At Nantes Until 2025

Jean-Charles Castelletto has extended his contract to 3-years with Nantes!

The Cameroonian international defender, who arrived on the books of Nantes in the summer of 2020, has chosen to stay in Nantes, where he has been an indisputable starter this season.

He arrived at Nantes from Brest in the summer of 2020. An indispensable player for Antoine Kombouaré, he has played over 18 league matches in the yellow jersey, only missing some games due to suspension or national team call up with the Indomitable Lions, with whom he reached the semi-finals of the African Cup of Nations at the start of the year.

Whether in a four-man defense or in a three-man defense, Jean-Charles Castelletto, who scored against Monaco in the first game of the season, is comfortable and adapts quickly to situations.

He has acquired more rigor and toughness in the top fight of the French Championship since the arrival of Kombouare, as he has learned to partner with Pallois, Girotto and Lafont in a solid defensive set up.
