Charlene Meyong Opens Stade Reims Account With

Stade Reims defeated Bordeaux (6-1) on the occasion of game day 13 of the D1 Arkena with Charlene Meyong getting her name on the score sheet.

The Cameroonian international, aligned in the midfield scored twice, in what was her first two goals of the season.

She opened the score in the 33rd minute before adding another 7 minutes to the hour mark.

Her compatriot Monique Ngock meanwhile, stepped on the pitch in the 64th minute to replace Éninger.

Following Reims’ victory they move to 6th place in the French women’s championship with 20 points, 4 points behind Paris FC, who are in the last play-offs spot of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
