Choupo-Moting Opens Bundesliga Account Against Freiburg
Bayern Munich cruised their way through a 5-0 win against SC Freiburg. After a spell of not being that dominant or having a clean sheet, Bayern are back to their winning ways. An incredible tactical showing with due credit to coach Julian Nagelsmann and the brilliant performers from yesterday’s game.
Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting who has been on the receiving end of criticism showedon Sunday night night precisely why the club trusts him — his goal and cameos in the game showed that he is dependable, skilled, speedy and an extremely unselfish player who is dedicated. Choupo contributed to multiple beautiful attacking movements tonight and was incredible to watch.
Serge Gnabry opened scoring for the Bavarians at the 13th minute, and then Cameroonian international, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting followed with a goal of his own at the 33rd minute.
The goal became Choupo’s third in 8 games, and could do wonders for his confidence.
Further goals from Sane (52), Mane (55) and Sabitzer (80) meant victory without problems at the Allianz Arena for Bayern. Bayern are now second on the log with 19 points, 4 behind leaders Union Berlin after 10 match days.
