Choupo Moting Scores At Depth As Bayern Trump Leipzig 4-1

Cameroon forward Eric Maxime Choupo Moting climbed off the bench and scored Bayern’s fourth on the struck of 90 minutes as they eased past Leipzig via a four – one margin on match day four of the Bundesliga.

The striker made his way to the pitch with one minute to the hour mark, coming on as a replacement for Robert Lewandowski who scored the first of four goals for the Baverians from the spot, in the first half.

Choupo Moting got himself onside intelligently after a giveaway in the midfield saw Kimmich reclaim possession before an incisive pass but between the Simikan and Gvardiol found the striker on the edge of the penalty area. From there, a simple finish beat a stranded Gulacsi as the visitors put the icing on the cake.

It has been a rollercoaster week for the former PSG man who was sandwiched in some controversy as he didn’t play for his country in a crucial World Cup qualifiers game against Cote D’Ivoire, seemingly for no reason.

That was the striker’s 5th goal in all competitions comes in this football season.
