Clarence Bjtang Joins Hajer Club From Al Wehdat

At the end of his contract at Al Wehdat where he notably won the Jordan Cup, Clarence Bitang (30) now has a new challenge.

The Cameroonian midfielder has decided to settle in Saudi Arabia. He has signed a 6-month contract with Hajer Club, in the Saudi second division.

The deal comes with an option to extend the term of the contract for an additional two years.

The former Union of Douala player arrives after an accomplished season in Jordan where he was one of his club’s best players.

It remains to be seen whether he will be able to do as well in his new team. Hajer club are 12th placed in the second-tier with 19 points from 17 match days in the 18-team Championship. Bitang could make his debut for his side in a home game against Al Rabi on Friday, January 27.
