Donald Trump, multiple dignitaries endorse the Cheon Won Gong (peace building) inauguration in South Korea

The city of Gapyeong in South Korea is currently welcoming the international community for the inauguration of the Cheon Won Gong, a building designed as a global symbol for peace, according to a press release.
According to the Universal Peace Federation, the building will serve as a center for peace-related, educational activities and programs, as well as a space for cultural exchange between nations.
This project is an initiative of Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, co-founder of the organization, nicknamed “Mother of Peace” by those close to her.
She reiterates that unity among people can help establish a peaceful world.

The inauguration will be preceded by several major events, including the World Peace Summit from April 10 to 14, bringing together presidents and international dignitaries.
The event will also features the awarding of the $1 million Sunhak Peace Prize (approximately 620 million CFA francs), which recognizes individuals committed to human development and conflict resolution.
Speaking on the Sunhak Peace Prize, Dr. Akinwumj Adeshina, an economist and President of the African Development Bank, said; “Esteemed individuals have already been recipients of this prestigious award. The Sunhak Peace Prize serves as a call to do more for the world, and by God’s special grace, I will answer that call.
“I would like to commend the founder, Dr.Hak Ja Han Moon, for establishing this prize, which recognises efforts that contribute to a better world.”
On his own, Ban Ki-moon, former Secretary General of the United Nations, harped on the importance of global peace, recalling his efforts in this regard while serving the global body
“During my 10 years as Secretary-General of the United Nations, I was proud to make meaningful contributions to three key objectives: peace and security, human rights, and sustainable development,” he said.

Ki-moon also said; “Among these goals, I believe the most fundamental is making this planet a more peaceful place.”
Alongside the opening ceremony of the Cheon Won Gong Palace, the Cosmic
Blessing will take place—an event marked by collective weddings, through which couples, transcending national and racial barriers, are commissioned as peace ambassadors worldwide.
Eminent global figures, including Donald Trump, Ban Ki-moon, and Dr. Akinwumi Adesina, have praised Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon’s efforts to promote peace.
“I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon for her exceptional commitment to the cause of peace,” said President Donald Trump of the United States.
He continued; “I call upon every individual who shares our hope for a brighter future to stand united in our mission, remain faithful to our vision and, above all, have confidence in our values.
“We believe that every life is sacred and that every person is endowed with rights, freedoms and dignity—not granted by any government, but by the hand of Almighty God.”
Nearly 30,000 people are expected to attend this major international event.
