Eagerness in Southwest as ISOHSA Prep 2023/24 Congress
The Isles of Hope Sports Academy of Limbe (ISOHSA), will this Friday October 27 – converge with state officials, traditional authorities, Southwest Elite, partners and people of walks of life for the club’s maiden fund raising congress.
The young club will be participating in this season’s elite two championship after winning the National Interpools, synonymous to second tier promotion.
Friday’s congress and fundraising scheduled to hold at the Limbe City Council will see the club open its doors for inclusiveness which is believed will enable it be more solid for the upcoming elite two challenge.
ISOHSA has been an academy prided with youthfulness and wishes to maintain this philosophy since creation. The team had the youngest team at the national playoffs and is said to create more opportunities for less privileged hoping to make a career in football.
President Njomo Mokake’s team has all on deck to kick-start the second tier campaign but, is adopting a people oriented approach. The club will run on an estimated budget of 100 Million CFA and is out to respect minimum salary set by FECAFOOT for elite two players.
The Green Elephants open the sixteen clubs elite two season at home against reinstated Panthère Sportif of Nde followed by another home game against Djiko FC but hitting the road for clashes with Leopard, Rangers and Dragon of Yaoundè.
