Elite One: Apejes Makes It A Hat-Trick Of Wins With Latest Victory Against YAFOOT

Apejes Football Club defeated YAFOOT 2-0 in group B of the MTN Elite One at the Olembe Annex A on Saturday, March 11.

It was a third win in a spin for the men of coach Ema Ndongo as they keep sneaking to the top half of the table after 3 successive wins.

Eloundo Vandeline Yves scored his first of two goals at the 37th minute before completing his double at the 84th minute to make sure of all 3 points.

Apejes have won all their subsequent games after that 3-2 defeat in the hands of Fauve Azur on February 20.

The latest victory is one of ecstasy for Apejes as it further lifted them to 7th in group B with 21 points, 6 points from safety.
