Elite One: Embe Climbs Off The Bench To Rescue A Point For YOSA Against Dragon

Big center forward, Frank Embe made his way in and rescued a point for  YOSA in the dying minutes of the second half, on match day four of the MTN Elite One championship.

The Bamenda outfit was one-nil down before the latter’s introduction, and he came in to square up the game that seemed lost  from the 13th minute of play.

Dragon in its trademark fashion couldn’t hold a lead that they took in the first half of the game.

Mbende’ Merveilleux had converted from the spot at the 13th minute after Lovette Asongwe was adjudged to have clipped the heal of a Dragon forward in his Sultan Mubarak’s area.

Mbende’ stepped up and calmly slotted in for 1-0. With the game set to go the way of Dragon, Embe’s powerful header at the dying minutes was set to pinch a point for YOSA.

YOSA Gaffer, David Momo was however fired after the encounter, as the team is still in search of it’s first 3 points in group B this campaign.
