Elite One: Fauve Azur Force Bamboutos To Drop First Points

On a winning spree since the start of this campaign, Cameroon Super Cup holders Bamboutos FC met their match on game day 7 in group B of the MTN Elite One championship.

The Mangwa Boys who are still top in group B shared the spoils (1-1) against a difficult Fauve Azur side.

In fact, Bamboutos had to fight hard to avoid defeat as they came from behind to Equalize.

Former Bamboutos striker, Hansi Mbappe Muller opened the scoring for Fauve Azur at the 55th minute before Herman Tchakounte equalized in the second half for Bamboutos.

Bamboutos still leads group A with 16 points, while Fauve Azur closely follow the group leaders with 13 points.
