Elite One: Nasser Njoya Delivers Seccesive Wins To Aigle

Post Olivier Nankam era is kicking off with more gas on the side of Aigle Royale of Menoua that registered two wins in a row for the first time this season against Astres of Douala.
Having cracked out Colombe on Day-9 with a late winner from Junior Mbembong in Yaoundè, the Eagles produced a much more intriguing feet at home to to the Brazilians of Bepanda.
Nasser Njoya was the outstanding one as he delivered the blow twice in both segments to carry his season’s tally to four goals. The center forward had turned in a brace on Day-7 when his team drew 2-2 with PWD of Bamenda.
The striker broke the deadlock early in the 17th minute before going on to double his numbers inside the last quater as Astre struggled for a response that never came.
It is two defeats on the run for Enerst Agbor and the “Brazilians”. Victory however only fuels Aigle’s hopes for better second phase giving that they stay rock bottom with 9points.
