Elite one: Tchoua Strikes To Put Newcomers Gazelle, To The Sword

The Gazelle myth has been broken courtesy the left footed strike of ‘new boy’, Tchoua’s 88th minute strike that put Gazelle to the sword in their own backyard.

In buoyant mode after a 3-1 hammering of Les Astres, Gazelle couldn’t replicate on Oumarou Sokba’s Union at the Roumde Adjia Annex stadium on Saturday, October 29.

With the game delicately poised, former PWD winger, Tchoua Kammen Brice was introduced in the second segment, to gift the Nassara Gamakai all three points with one touch of his left boot.

It is becoming more like it for Union, who have now won 2 games in quick succession against YOSA and Gazelle in group B.

Newcomers Gazelle are still on four points despite Union dropping a spanner in their works, while Union move up to 7 points from a possible 9 in group B, a quite outstanding start to life in the new campaign.
