Elite One: Union Condemns YOSA To Successive Defeats

Union Sportif of Douala have condemned YOSA to a second successive defeat in this year’s Elite One Championship, whilst winning their first game of the campaign.

After a parity score against Astres on match day One of the championship, the Nassara Gamakai rolled their sleeves and got a 2-1 victory against YOSA.

Newly acquired forward, Roche Foning netted a double with his first of two goals coming at the 57th minute of play.

He later added another for coach Oumarou Sogba and his side at the 76th minute of play, to complete his brace.

David Kamogne’s boys however, pulled one back through Rudolf Koukisang at the 79th minute, but met a very agile Haschou Kerrido as they searched for an illusive equalizer.

2-1 the score line read. YOSA will need to get their grove and they need it fast, after 2-1 defeats to Bamboutos and Union.
