Enzo Tchato Finally Debuts For Montpellier

After joining the senior team of Montpellier in their pre season camp, full back Enzo Tchato finally made his long awaited debut for Montpellier’s senior set up on Sunday April 3rd.

The Under 20 Cameroon international who is son to former Lions full back, Bill Tchato, played in the dying minutes of Montpellier’s defeat to Stade Brest.

It was a historic day for Enzo despite his team’s 2-1 loss at home.

His Dad (Bill) racked up 63 appearances for Montpelier between 2000-2003 for the French club.

Satrino’s goal nine minutes after after the hour mark, and another from Honorat at the 79th minute, meant Savanier’s goal from the spot at the 94th minute was a mere consolation for Montpellier.

Enzo and co are 11th placed in the French Ligue 1 table after 30 match days, as the lad will look to have more playing time before the season comes to a close.
