EPL: Jonathan Ngwem Aids Future To 3-2 Victory Over Pharco
Future FC won on the road to Pharco and left back Jonathan Ngwem was right there, in the thick of things with an assist.
Future FC have been on a flyer and the newly promoted Egyptian League side looks unstoppable at the moment.
The side formerly known as Coca-Cola FC picked up their 6th win of the season on Wednesday, Dec. 28.
One could hear a pin drop at the Alexandra stadium when Future FC took a 2nd minute lead through Egyptian international, Marwan Mohsen.
The lead was wiped out at the cusp of halftime (45+1) by Gaber Kamel. An own jaw-dropper ,(two own goals) turned the game on its head. The second of his two own goals was courtesy a delightful cross by Cameroonian international Jonathan Ngwem at the 59th minute. It came 9 minutes after his first own goal, 5 minutes after the start of the second half.
Hamroune’s late goal at the 87th minute reduced tally for Pharco but wasn’t enough.
Ngwem has registered 2 assists and one goal thus far this season in 10 league games.
