Fabrice Ondoa Wins First Silverware At Auda

2017 AFCON winner – Fabrice Ondoa and FK Auda powered their way through to the Latvian Cup on Wednesday, October 19.

The goalkeeper came to the side only few months ago but he has reached the height of Latvian football considered to be the highest.

It is the club’s first in history cup trophy in history. FK Auda defeated Rigas FS through the slimmest of margins (1-0).

As reward, FK Auda qualifies for the group stage of the Europa Conference league. It’s not just the Cameroon Cup that Ondoa is doing a good job at. The 26-year-old has guarded goal in the Virsliga 27 times, keeping 12 clean sheets and conceding 21 goals.

Auda are placed on mid table spot (5th) in the 10-team championship, having harvested 48 points from 32 games played.
