After the management of the Girondins de Bordeaux, it is the turn of the Cameroon Football Federation to support Malcom Bokele after the latter was racially abused over the weekend.

Victim of racist insults and death threats after the victory (2-0) of the Girondins against Bastia, the Cameroonian international has been receiving messages of support and encouragement for a few days.

It is in this lane that the apex body of Cameroonian football has given its support to the Cameroonian international: “The Cameroonian Football Federation expresses all its solidarity with Malcom Bokele Mputu and allocates all its support” further, the president of FECAFOOT, Samuel Eto’o, who himself was a victim of racism during his football career, hasn’t stopped condemning these acts with all his energy;

“FECAFOOT reaffirms that racism has no place in the stadiums and urges those responsible for French football to take all measures aimed at putting an end to this disrespectful and unacceptable behavior.

Malcom Bokele, red-carded at the very end of the game against Bastia, will nevertheless miss the trip from Bordeaux to Metz next weekend.
