Francis Ngannou Made Honorary Citizen In Kribi

Francis Ngannou has presented his prestigious belt in Kribi and he has been made an honorary citizen of the city.

Ngannou was welcomed as a hero in Kribi by an avalanche of authorities, particularly the D.O Mr. Nouhou Bello and Kribi Mayor, Guy Emmanuel Sabikanda.

The heavyweight champion presented his beautiful UFC belt to excited fans, and received loads of blessings.

The ‘Predator’ retained his title on January 23, Cyryl Gane, after five rounds to keep his title alive in at UFC 270.

Judges scored the contest; 48-47, 48-47, and 49-46 for Ngannou as winner via unanimous decision. There is set to be a rematch to be fixed by the UFC later this year.

Ngannou is caught in two minds on whether to sign a new UFC contract or not. The latter’s priority is to fight Tyson Fury next.
