From Cotonou to Rabat: AFCON ‘Road of Football’ Caravan Captures Africa’s Soul in Digital Journey
Africa is dancing to the rhythm of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025. From Cotonou to Lome and then Ghana, the continental journey across more than ten African capitals, bringing together over 40 influential content creators and journalists, started on a symbolic road trip destined for Morocco, the host country of AFCON 2025.
Named “Destination Morocco 2025 – Land of Football,” this unique adventure blends sport, culture, storytelling, and the coming together of people. Over several thousand kilometers, the caravan is traveling up West Africa, successively crossing Togo, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Senegal, and Mauritania, before reaching Morocco, where the great football celebration, scheduled from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026, is already being prepared.
