Goalkeeper Epassy Wins OFI Crete POTM

Devis Epassy, Cameroon goalie on the ooks of OFI Crete has outclassed his teammates in the race for the player of the month award for February.

Devis Epassy obtained 39.8% of the votes of his team’s fans. The sweeper got back to action between the sticks of OFI Crete since the end of the Africa Cup of Nations where he won a third place medal with the Indomitable Lions.

Since then, the 29-year-old goalkeeper has played five games in the Greek Premier League with his club.

In his games, the matches ended in two wins, two draws and one defeat. That’s five goals conceded in three games, and two clean sheets; enough to make the Indomitable Lion the player of the month for February for his club.

OFI Crete FC was ranked 7th in the regular season, and they’d take part in the relegation playoff where they are momentarily 1st with 37 points.
