‘I do the Tactical Work, Song Manages’ – Migne Declares

Present at the Indomitable Lions presser on Monday afternoon in place of Rigobert Song, Sébastien Migne shed some light on the preparations of Cameroon, set to face Switzerland on Thursday.

Before getting to crux, the assistant coach of the indomitable Lions gave news on the reason why Rigobert Song couldn’t make the presser: ‘Don’t worry, you will see Rigobert Song again at a press conference. He is not a man who takes all the spotlight, he has decided to share it with me(…) I do more of the tactical work while he does the managing. ” Migne declared.

Quizzed about the ambitions of the Cameroonian national team during this tourney, the Frenchman was clear: “We do not come as tourists to Qatar. We will take the competition step by step and hope to get closer to the trophy. We will do our utmost best to meet the demands of our president,” ended the gaffer.

Migne’s words go in line with those of Samuel Eto’o, president of FECAFOOT who has continuously opined that Cameroon’s objective is to go as far as possible in the competition.
