Ignatius Ganago has been elected player of the month for October at FC club-side Nantes.

With 58.2% percent of the vote, Ignatius Ganago is head and shoulders better than the rest of his peers, plying for the canaries.

The Cameroonian striker came before Ludovic Blas (16.5%), Alban Lafont (14.42%) and Andrei Girotto (10.88%) in the ranking.

Ganago is one of those in coach Rigobert Song pre-selected list for the world Cup, and with his latest player of the month award, it only gives him an edge to make Cameroon’s final list in Qatar.
