Jonathan Ngwem, Ayuk Mbu To Face – Off In EPL Opener

Two compatriots, all with newly – promoted sides will face each other this Monday in the Egyptian Championship opener, pitting Future FC against Pharco FC.

It will be on the occasion of the 63rd season of the Egyptian Premier League that begins today October 25 for Ngwem and Ayuk, both rookies at their different clubs.

Ngwem set to start journey with Future FC

left full – back, Jonathan Ngwem will be in Future FC colors. The defender was acquired by newly promoted Future FC, who turn out to be highly ambitious this campaign. The 2017 AFCON gold medalist left El Gouna in the summer, after having made three seasons at the club, where he played 84 times; scoring once, and dishing out 16 assists. Ngwem is one of 26 players newly recruited by newbies – Future FC, as they wish to make a statement of intent in their first time of asking.

Ayuk Mbu’s newly – promoted Pharco Fc, will be the team on the travel to face Future FC at the Al Sekka, Al Hadid stadium. The former under – 23 Lions forward initiated a three – year deal with the club in the summer. This is Ayuk’s first time plying in the Egyptian domestic championship after having made two and a half seasons in Turkey.

We are however receiving information that Ayuk Mbu could be absent this monday, as the striker reportedly took a breather and has only partially resumed with his teammates.
