Kunde Malong Hop – Out Injured In Olympiakos’ Win Over Lonikos

Handed a starters role in his team’s match day 9 fixture against Lonikos, Pierre Kunde Malong hoped off at the 41st minute.

The former Atleti man was subbed out, with Mady Camara caming in as a like – for – like switch.

Before Kunde made is way out, his team was ahead from a 17th minute goal scored by Greek forward –
Giorgos Masouras.

The game was Kunde’s 9th in the Greece Super League, but was prolly set to be only his second 90 minutes this campaign, before injury – struck.

Worse still will be if the latter’s injury is for a long term. Indomitable Lions coach Antonio Conceiçao has included the 26 year old in his final list of 27 to face Malawi and Cote D’Ivoire in the Qatar World Cup qualifiers this November 13 and 16.

Kunde Malong has played all four games in the ongoing World Cup qualifiers this far, putting together an impressive 149 minutes.
