MOFEMA NATHANIEL NANGOLO MAKES INSTANT IMPACT IN SOHAR DEBUT!
Former Intermediate Lions midfielder, Mofema Nathaniel Nangolo, provided an assist in Sohar fc’s 2-1 defeat against Saham fc in an Oman super league game on Tuesday.
The former Dynamic fc Buea box to box midfielder was brought in on 76 minutes in his first game for Sohar. “Ngolo” made an impact 8 minutes after his introduction into the game with an impeccable assist.
The former player of Lifca Limbe cued in a long range pass from the half way line that landed on the chest of his team mate who in turn slotted home to reduce Tally. Sohar fc couldn’t draw level against the defense oriented Saham squad.
The Cameroonian midfielder had trained with his new mates just twice upon arrival last Friday in Oman, but is already considered a mainstay in the Sohar setup.
He has signed a one year contract with the Omani top tier outfit.
The native of Buea has had a stint in Zambia, notably at Kabwe Warriors FC and Nkana FC, before returning to Cameroon where he accepted the challenge of LIFCA (Limbé Football Club Association)
The strong midfielder can also play as a central defender or as a right back.
