Njie Clinton Climbs Off The Bench To Assist In Dynamo’s 1-0 Win Over Krasnodar

Cameroon international and Dynamo Moscow winger Njie Clinton was the author of the pass that led to his team’s lone goal, in their advanced day 14, Russian top-flight game against Krasnodar.

The latter made his way into the pitch at the 68th minute, replacing Russian international – Denis Makarov.

The erstwhile Olympique Lyonnais man was on the pitch only for 5 minutes, before through a deadly counter, he rushed down the right and delivered a first time cross that was tapped – in by Vyacheslav Grulyov, for his fifth goal this season.

Njie, having picked up a knock against Orenburg last week was an unused sub in his team’s 4 -1 defeat against log toppers Zenit on match day 13.

With Njie back amongst the goal acts, Dynamo Moscow have a more potent title argument with over 16 more league matches left.

Four points separates Zenit and Dynamo at the moment, with Zenit in action on Sunday Nov. 6 against Ural.
