Njie Injury Recovering From Injury

Injured in the Turkish Cup on January 17, Clinton Njie is already back training with the Sivasspor group.

The Cameroonian striker took part in the collective training of the Turkish first-tier side on Friday. It is some good news for the Cameroonian and Sivasspor.

The 29-year-old has recovered from his injury suffered on January 17 in the round of 16 of the Turkish Cup against Karacabey, a game in which he found the net as his side won 3-0. On Friday, the former Marseille man was spotted playing with his teammates already.

Njie did not make the Saturday match day squad against Besiktas on the occasion of the 23rd day of the Süper Lig, but he could be ready for day 24 against Fatih Karagümrük.

Without Njie, Sivasspor defeated Beşiktaş made up of two Cameroonian internationals: Nkoudou and Vincent Aboubakar. In 24 games played this season, Njie Clinton has scored three goals and dished out one assist.
