Nsame Scores 7th Goal Of The Season, Young Boys Lead The Swiss Super League

YB won 1-4 away in Lugano thanks to three goals in the last 25 minutes.

The intense game was 1-1 at the break, with Cameroon International, Jean Pierre Nsame having given YB the lead, shortly before Ziegler equalized for Lugano at the 25th minute.

It was Nsame’s 7th goal of the campaign. Garcia, Imeri and Itten scored the goals for Bern’s victory in the closing stages.

But before then, things got off to an ideal start with a great atmosphere at the Cornaredo Stadium.

After 21 minutes, YB was already in the lead. Ugrinic had crossed in from the right to the middle, Itten extended with his head and Nsame was spot on for 1:0.

Mattia Croci-Torti’s Lugano side scored four minutes after Nsame’s goal through Rito Zeigler.

Goals from Garcia, Itten and Imeri put daylight in the contest for the men in yellow and black, as Young Boys keep their position as league leaders.
