PWD Gets Haschou Kerrido’s Replacement

PWD of Bamenda have acquired the services of goalkeeper Ekokobe Frank Etienden, sportsglitz.net has learned.

The duration is set for three seasons, despite the fee being undisclosed.

The latter comes in to fill – the void left by former PWD and Intermediate Lions goalkeeper, Haschou Kerrido – who left weeks back to join Sanga Balende.

Ekokobe Frank is an erstwhile FC Bamenda net – minder, who led the team to the semi finals of the North West regional playoffs last term.

Frank, equally well known in the lower – tiers of the Southwest, was impeccable in the dominance of the Catholic University Sports Academy some three seasons ago, playing a role in Enobi Brandon’s team, that played the final of the Southwest mini Interpool.

Ekokobe Frank, 22, has a great ball – distributing technique that aids his teammates attack with pace.

The lad is in many ways similar to Kerrido, who has ball distribution as part of his arsenal.

Frank is equally a wonderful shot – stopper, and will definitely will boost the goalkeeping sector.

Frank joins Didimus and Eya to complete trio of goalkeepers prior to next campaign.

PWD of Bamenda under coach David Pagou have been hyper active in the transfer market, as the gaffer looks to strengthen his team before next campaign. PWD of Bamenda are Cameroon Cup finalists this term. The Abakwa Boys however, await a program from FECAFOOT, that will see them pit Astres FC.
