PWD Signs Nchindo For Three Seasons

2020 Elite One champions PWD of Bamenda have been hyper active in this transfer period, and they’ve added two ‘newbies’ today, including the brother to U20 Lions International; Nchindo John Bosco, called Nchindo Cletus.

The duration of Cletus’ contract is 3 years, but the transfer fee is yet to be disclosed by the club.

Nchindo Cletus comes in from relegated Foncha Street FC of Bamenda, who are set to now play in the inferior regional championship.

Cletus will be hoping to make a name for himself, just like John Bosco did, some four seasons ago, when he signed from Ebaidinho.

On the side of Cletus was Nji Nobert. The lad officially Integrated the team’s senior – set – up having impressed the staff last season, in the youth championships.

16 year old Nji Nobert with David Pagou

PWD who have successfully secured the services of coach David Pagou for one more year, after the gaffer was heavily linked out of the region, have splashed the cash, bringing in several recruits, with the deadline of player registration expiring today.

The Abakwa Boys ended 5th in group A in the 2021 regular championship, but the boys of President Pascal Abunde have a date in the Cameroon Cup Finals – against Astres, yet to be programmed.
